Another No

Well, the actor that was considering the role in Michael's project backed out without even saying how much money he wanted. We don't know why.

The good news is that our casting agent has suggested another creative approach to take to moving the project forward. It's another one of those things that I can't explain in detail because of the politics of the situation.

So on we go. As someone commented last time, this is life on the edge.

If nothing else, it keeps things interesting.

Yes, "interesting" is a good word for it.
And frankly, he didn't deserve the part!! He's going to be sorry!!!

oh sigh....well, in a world which keeps spinning the same day after day...it is good to know that these major setbacks we feel will somehow still be resolved. I wake every morning saying...this is the day that the Lord hath made, I will rejoice and be glad in it...and that is simply it. Each day brings its own trials but also, the blessings. Who are we to say or even know why things happen as they do. But we will rejoice and be glad in God's perfect will. Amen? Amen...grin

I got my beautiful card Pagoda Columbine and it is even more beautiful in real-life- perfectly suitable for framing. I think some people don't realize that when they pay $5.00 (shipping added) for a card, they are actually getting a 5X7 print! I'm not sure if I can send it away. love it!!!!

Sorry to hear about the set back. But it will be worth the wait to get the right actor! Good luck.

Disappointing setback, things always happen for a reason...I wish the very best to both of you and I know this project will happen for you!
