Is "Summer Portrait" the title of this work, or of just the post?
In any case, the title works for both.
The colors suggest intense summer heat. including the storm-cloud hues behind the subject. You can almost feel the heaviness of her reddish hair.
I can tell you had a great time at the workshop.
I feel strength in her jaw and her eyes are amazing! Well done. I don't come by often enough Ruth...and I know I have said this before but...sheesh, you are getting very very good lady!
