I just finished this portrait of my husband. It's going to be a present for his parents.

new year progress check

Every now and then I feel that I have to do a self-portrait to see what kid of progress I'm making.

The eye on the left is a bit too big. I tried to adjust it, but I may have to go in, erase it, and do it over. I'll see how much it bugs me over time. Other than that, I guess I'd say that my art classes are paying off.
